  • Scan, then record

    Barcode and QR lookup finds the product. Staff enter the quantity and choose the movement: delivery, sale, return, pull out, or count.

  • Products without barcodes

    Inventory PH can generate a barcode for a product and print labels, so items without a manufacturer code can still be scanned.

  • Counts you can review

    A physical count saves a snapshot. Differences are reviewed before stock changes, so nothing adjusts silently.

  • Permissions per person

    Choose what each staff member can record. Every scan is kept in the audit history.

Is there an iPhone app?

Not at the moment. The scanner app is for Android.

Where do I get the scanner app?

Owners and admins download it from the company portal after signing in. It is not on Google Play yet.

Can I scan from a laptop?

The web app does not use the camera. Use the Android app to scan, or search by SKU or product name on the web.

Can I print barcode labels?

Yes, for products in your catalog, including generated codes for products that have no barcode.

Does a stock count change my stock automatically?

No. A physical count saves a snapshot for review first, so you can investigate differences before changing stock.
