Does Inventory PH sync stock with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop?
No. Inventory PH does not connect to marketplace accounts or push stock to them. It is the count for your warehouse; update listing quantities in each marketplace yourself.
How many online stores can I track?
Each store is a shop/channel record: Starter 2, Seller Pro 10, and Business 15 records.
Which waybills can I import?
Waybill PDFs whose pages show a SKU or barcode that matches one of your products. Each page is checked before any sale is saved. Waybill import is included in Seller Pro and Business.
Can I track my physical store too?
Yes. Add it as another shop record. It sells from the same warehouse stock as your online stores.
Do I need separate stock for each store?
No. Every plan has one shared warehouse. Shop records show where stock sold; they are not separate stock balances.
